Thanks So Much Grandma

I just wanted to show off the first halloween costume that I've ventured to sew. I couldn't have done it without Grandma's help and my mom watching the boys while we completed the task. Here it is Gram, I'm so pleased and can't wait to do two of them next year. Check out the little tail, isn't it the cutest?!
This picture was taken at a community event that's held at the Charlevoix Hospital, in previous years there have been loads of kids, so I decided that instead of dressing Noah up in his warm outdoor outfit (A giraffe) we did a little more comfortable costume and went with a hockey player, what a lucky kid to have two different costumes! At this event they have tables set up with businesses that young parents have an interest in and have games and things for the kids to do; a ring toss, pumpkin decorating, and a duck pond for example. The kids LOVED the duck pond, especially Noah. So while the boys were playing I turned my head for just a moment and turned back around to find Noah head first in the duck pond with just ankles sticking out of the barrel of water. Thankfully it was just a few seconds, Noah came out a little surprised about the experience but not a tear was shed by that little dare devil! I'm so glad we got his picture taken before heading over to the games otherwise we'd have had a picture of a shirtless hockey star with wet hair. It was pretty funny really but has me even more excited we're starting swimming lessons with the boys on friday!

I can't decide

We got our family pictures back and I have SO many favorites. I'd love to hear what you think...

There are still more, but I had to draw the line somewhere. The great thing is that I get the CD so I really don't have to narrow it down, except to decide which ones go in the biggest frames. Well alright, here are a few more.

Fun Fall Day

I'm just braggin' about a super morning with my fellas... Check us out. We went to Pond Hill Farms this morning in Harbor Spings, what a cool place! Sheep, cows, pumpkins, trout pond, all kinds of very cool things! And oh yeah, the squash rocket, what more could you ask for?!
A long overdue family photo in front of the trout pond.
