Happy Birthday Baby Boy!
Today was Noah's Special Day, he's officially two and what a super day it was. I think we all had a great time. This morning we spent some time together as a family and this afternoon had a couple families over to play in the backyard and cookout. Here are a few pictures of the birthday highlights!
Over the last couple weeks it seems like Noah's verbal skills have just exploded. It's so great to hear all the things that are going through that little mind of his. As it's happened it feels like we get more of a glimpse of his developing personality, and what a little charecter he is. He's a special little boy and I love that God chose me to be his Mommy. How did I get so lucky?

Thanks for the insight Sara! I actually wasn't in labor long with Nolan...my water broke (just a small leak) 2 weeks early so they induced. Over the next 4 hours, they had trouble stabilizing him b/c he kept getting "stuck" in the birth canal since the cord was so short. Finally, after one particular episode, Nolan crashed and that led to the emergency c-section. =(
Part of the reason we scheduled the c-section fro right around my due date is so that I'll have as much time before my actual due dat eto go into labor and see how things progress. We'll see! I'm sure things will work out for the best. =)
oh, and those pics are adorable! your boys are so cute. looks like you had a great time!
we're enjoying being home not for the rest of the summer-we just came off of a 4 week period of being gone every week-end!
